Recently on Christmas Eve, a client called us with an Olympian Generator Radiator emergency. The failing radiator belonged to an Olympian GEP88SP1 100kw generator with Perkins 1006 TG2A engine. The emergency occurred on Thursday and they needed to have the CAT generator back up by Monday. The radiator (which is also fits an Olympian / FG Wilson models with 1006TG1/TG2 engines) was failing, but they could not shut down the generator. They needed to solve their issue ASAP and could not wait to have the unit rebuilt. After going through the details with the client, we were able to identify the radiator by OEM Olympian radiator part number 120-258. The client wanted a new radiator and quickly sent them a quote as requested. We manufactured the radiator from our CAD drawing database, and it was produced in 1 day from the time it was ordered. CSC introduces the FMC Commander 30 radiator A while ago a client contacted us because they had an FMC radiator emergency. Their Commander 30 was down due to radiator failure. They needed to solve their problems ASAP. However, we were in the middle of a storm in Puerto Rico and our offices were closed. The client tried calling us but it was outside business hours. However, he reached out through Facebook and succeeded. He was looking for a new Commander 30 pallet loader radiator. Looking online he found our page, and from there he searched by application until he found the FMC radiator he needed. Introducing the 433RA001 radiator for Hobart Ground Power Unit. Recently a customer came to us with an Aviation Ground power unit radiator emergency. Their Hobart GPU (Ground power unit) radiator was down, and it was the only 1 they had. Not having a replacement GPU radiator in stock had them in need of a fast solution. Cummins QST30 1000kw generator radiator Cooling Systems recently had a data center client in need of fast replacement for a Cummins QST30 1000kw generator radiator. This is a unique Cummins cooling module as the aftercooler and the Jacket water radiator both have some of the largest single cores in the industry. While many factories do not have the machinery and fixtures necessary to produce cores this big, CSC has been investing over the last few years for just such an occasion Knowing our customer could not have any downtime, we offered them a solution where we would produce the cores prior to removing the unit from service.
