  Radidor de generador Cummins QST30 de 1000kw   Cooling Systems recientemente tuvo un cliente del centro de datos que necesitaba un reemplazo rápido para un radiador de generador Cummins QST30 1000kw. Cummins QST30 1000kw generator radiator   Cooling Systems recently had a data center client in need of fast replacement for a Cummins QST30 1000kw generator radiator.  This is a unique Cummins cooling module as the aftercooler and the Jacket water radiator both have some of the largest single cores in the industry.  While many factories do not have the machinery and fixtures necessary to produce cores this big, CSC has been investing over the last few years for just such an occasion   Knowing our customer could not have any downtime, we offered them a solution where we would produce the cores prior to removing the unit from service.   This would allow CSC to completely rebuild the Cummins QST30 Radiator (Jacket Water) and Aftercooler in one day.  However, we were surprised that our customer told us that this was not acceptable.   Since they had tenants that had data operations that were extremely sensitive, it was critical that the downtime be reduced to the absolute min...
